2. How to Request a Refund

2.1 Simple Process

To request a refund:

  • Let us know what you purchased and that you'd like a refund
  • Optional: Share feedback about why the product wasn't right for you (helps us improve)

2.2 Processing Time​

  • We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of your request
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

2.3 Special Considerations for Coaching Services

For one-on-one coaching or group coaching programs:​

  • Full refunds are available within 30 days if you've attended less than 25% of scheduled sessions
  • If you've attended 25% or more of sessions, we'll provide a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions
  • This ensures fairness as coaching involves reserved time and personalized attention

3. Subscription and Payment Plans

3.1 Subscription Cancellations

For ongoing subscription services:​

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months unless you're within the initial 30-day guarantee period
  • You retain access to content through the end of your paid period

3.2 Payment Plans

If you purchased on a payment plan:​

  • If you request a refund after making multiple payments, we'll refund all payments made minus any applicable usage fees (see Section 2.3 for coaching)
  • You must cancel any remaining scheduled payments with your bank or through your payment method

4. Exceptions and Limitations

After the 30-day guarantee period expires, refunds are granted at our discretion based on:

  • Extenuating circumstances
  • Technical issues that prevented access (which we will attempt to resolve first)
  • Your Australian Consumer Law rights (see Section 5)

4.2 Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who:​

  • Have a pattern of purchasing and refunding multiple products
  • Have clearly consumed or used the entire product/service before requesting a refund in a manner inconsistent with a genuine evaluation

4.3 Bundled Products

If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy. The remedy will depend on whether the failure is major or minor:

5.3 When Consumer Law Rights Apply

Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply:

  • At any time if there is a failure to meet a consumer guarantee
  • Beyond our 30-day guarantee period
  • In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee

5.4 Timeframes

  • There is no fixed time limit, but you must make claims within a "reasonable time"

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds (except where required by Australian Consumer Law):
